How does annual billing work? You pay for the year in one instalment and save 10% compared with monthly billing. The monthly price shown is the monthly equivalent of the annual payment.
Does the number of locations change the price? No. Every plan, solo or clinic, includes unlimited locations.
Can a clinic mix licences? Yes. Each practitioner has a Base, Pro or Unlimited licence, based on how much they use AI Scribe. The platform fee is counted once.
Do secretary accounts cost extra? No. With the Clinic platform they are free and unlimited. They handle appointments, schedules and patient profiles, without access to AI Scribe or medical charts.
Do prices include tax? No. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax.
